Deploying Your Eigi

Your Eigi Computer runs on its own dedicated Pod — a private machine that’s yours alone. Setting it up takes a few clicks.
1

Open Eigi Computer

From the eigi.ai dashboard, open the Eigi Computer section.
2

Choose a Pod tier

Pick the Pod that matches how hard you’ll push your Eigi. You can see each tier’s specs and price before you decide.
3

Deploy

Confirm, and your Eigi Computer starts provisioning. The status view shows each stage live — most deploys are ready within a few minutes.
4

Say hello

When the status turns Running, open the chat and introduce yourself.

Pod Tiers

Start with a smaller tier — you can always redeploy on a bigger one. Your Eigi’s memory and files carry over.

Managing Your Pod

Live status

The dashboard shows your Pod’s real-time state — provisioning, running, or stopped — with health checks while it spins up.

Restart

If something feels stuck, a restart brings your Eigi back fresh without losing anything.

Stop safely

Stopping your Pod backs up your Eigi’s entire workspace and memory first. Nothing is lost.

Redeploy anytime

Redeploying restores your latest backup — your Eigi comes back exactly as it was, memories and all.
Your Pod is billed from your eigi.ai balance and renews automatically while it’s running. If your balance runs short, you’ll be notified before anything is interrupted.

Your First Session

A good first conversation sets your Eigi up for everything after:
  1. Introduce yourself — your name, what you do, what you want help with. Eigi starts remembering immediately.
  2. Set expectations — “keep answers short”, “always confirm before sending anything”, “my working hours are 10–7 IST”.
  3. Connect one channel — link WhatsApp or Slack so Eigi is reachable from your phone.
  4. Try a real task — “research X and write me a one-page summary” is a great first job: you’ll see the browser, files, and workspace in action.
